This series is dedicated to the
development of modeling techniques, as well as the use of paints and
other media, to make realistic scenic bases in vignettes and dioramas.
Each volume addresses a specific theme, showing different techniques and
illustrating the various processes step-by-step. In addition, photos of
real landscapes are included as references for each scene.

set in rural landscapes. It shows how to build, paint and weather the
principal architectural features that can be found in different European
