How the rewards program works

When you create an account and are logged in while placing your order:

• points become active once your order has been delivered

Reward levels

Your customer level is determined based on your purchases during the last 6 months.

10 points = €1 value

Bronze Level – Available Immediately After Registration

All registered customers automatically start at Bronze level.

Silver Level – More Benefits for Active Hobbyists

Once your purchases exceed €500 within the last 6 months, you automatically move to Silver level.

You receive:

• 5 points for every €1 spent
• effectively a 5% bonus

Example:

€100 purchase = 50 points = €5 reward value

Gold Level – Maximum Rewards

Once your purchases exceed €1000 within the last 6 months, you reach Gold level.

You receive:

• 8 points for every €1 spent
• effectively an 8% bonus

Example:

€100 purchase = 80 points = €8 reward value

Using your points in the shopping cart

Your accumulated points:

• are displayed automatically in your shopping cart
• can be used partially or fully
• can be selected with the points slider
• instantly show the discount value in euros

You decide whether to spend your points immediately or save them for future purchases.

Reward levels update automatically

Your customer level is automatically checked based on purchases made during the last 6 months.

As your purchases increase:

• you automatically move to higher levels
• you receive larger bonuses on future purchases

If your purchase volume later decreases, your level may also change.
