We’ve expanded our range to include affordable toy-grade RC models in the €20–100 price range. These products are designed to give a fun first experience with radio-controlled cars, boats, helicopters, and more, but they differ significantly from true hobby-grade models.
Main differences compared to hobby-grade products:
No spare parts or repairs: Toy-grade models do not come with spare parts, and they are not intended for long-term use or servicing like hobby-grade RC products.
Usage environment: Most models are designed for indoor use or light outdoor play in calm conditions.
For boats: RC boats are suitable for small pools or ponds with clean, fresh water only. They are not designed for salt water or large bodies of water.
Performance: Toy-grade RC models are lighter and simpler – fun to drive, but without the durability, power, or expandability of hobby-grade products.
These models are therefore an excellent choice for beginners and children who want to try RC fun without a big investment, while hobby-grade products remain the better option for long-term use and more demanding driving.
