Making its sensational debut at the 1980 Cologne Motor Show, the Suzuki GSX1100S Katana came with special parts and a customized finish which has been accurately portrayed by this plastic assembly model kit.
The air-cooled 4-cylinder DOHC engine and its cooling fins have a precisely reproduced finish. Engine parts including the front mounted oil cooler and the Katana"s exhaust are included in the set and provide the model with greater realism. Custom parts including the front and rear brakes, large diameter front rotor with 4-pod calipers, and small diameter rear floating calipers are realistically reproduced to help capture the ever lasting presence of the Katana.
