Hobbylinna.fi offers the following delivery options to its customers:
Shipping costs are now tiered as follows for packages delivered by Matkahuolto:
Orders €0-30: €6.90
Orders €31-100: €4.90
Orders €101-200: €3.90
Orders over €200: €0
Matkahuolto Home Delivery: €9.90
Pickup from the Hobbylinna parcel locker:
Regular pickup from the Hobbylinna parcel locker, price €0
Smartbox express collection, price €2.00 (your order will be prioritized in the collection queue, and we aim to prepare your order within 15 minutes)
If you choose express collection, please ensure that all items you've ordered are from our own inventory (shipping time for all items is 1-24 hours).
We process orders for pickup on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:30. Once your package is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via text message or email. We will also provide you with a tracking number/link (for Matkahuolto parcels) once your order has been shipped, so you can track its progress.
Delivery Time
We always aim for prompt delivery. If we anticipate that the delivery of your order will take longer than the estimated shipping time displayed on our website, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or phone. Many items are shipped directly from our own warehouse, with a shipping time of 1-24 hours for these items. Some items are delivered from the supplier's logistics warehouse, in which case the shipping time may be, for example, 4-6 business days or 4-12 business days, depending on the supplier.
If your order includes items with different estimated shipping times, the shipping speed of the order will be determined by the slowest item. Orders are almost always shipped as complete shipments, only when all items are ready for shipment. Now you also have the option to pay for two separate shipments if desired, in which case the order will be delivered in two parts.

Payment Methods
Products and their postage are paid for at the time of ordering. In our online store, you can pay with various payment methods, including: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Aktia, Pop Bank, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, as well as credit cards. Payment is processed through the Paytrail Oyj website.
Partial payment methods: OP Invoice, OP Account Credit, Walley, and Alisa Bank
Mobile payments: Siirto, Mobilepay, and Pivo
Apple Pay
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, or MasterCard cards
If you wish to pay with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard cards, Hobbylinna acts only as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for reclamations.
Paytrail Oyj operates as the seller in Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard card payments and the purchase is concluded between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. All obligations related to the purchase are the responsibility of the seller. Paytrail Oyj also receives the payment.
Online banks
The payment and financing service related to online bank payments is provided by Paytrail Oyj in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj purchases the payment and transfers it to the merchant. From the user's perspective, the service works just like traditional online payment.
