"When will my order be shipped? Where can I see the dispatch times for different products? Can my order be shipped in two separate parts? Can I narrow down search results to only show products available immediately from stock? Below are answers to all frequently asked questions regarding orders and delivery times.
How soon will my order arrive?
We have a lot of items in our own warehouse, in addition to items coming from several different wholesalers. You can check the availability status and dispatch time for each product separately on our website. Shipments are usually dispatched in full, so the delivery time is always determined by the slowest item. However, sometimes we may ship an order before all items are assembled if, for example, a back-ordered item can be sent separately in a letter envelope due to its size. Please note that dispatch times are always estimates and may change due to reasons beyond our control. Generally, they are quite accurate.
Note: It is now also possible to pay for two shipments in our online store if desired. In this case, products available in our warehouse will be shipped immediately, and items with longer delivery times will be shipped separately later. More information on this below.
Dispatch times are always indicated for products on our website, indicating when the order will be dispatched from us. For example, if a product is listed with a "dispatch time estimate of 6-12 business days," it means that the order will be dispatched from us to the customer within 6-12 business days of the order being placed. Once the order is dispatched from us, the package is usually available for pickup/delivery within 1-2 business days by Matkahuolto. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on behalf of the transport companies. Customers usually receive a pickup message for store pickup orders on the same day the ordered product arrives at our store.
Below are explanations for different dispatch times for products in our online store:
Dispatch time 1-24h
The product is available in our own warehouse. This means that this product can also be picked up directly from our store. Remember that the situation may change rapidly. Orders placed before 13.00 are usually dispatched the same day.
Dispatch time 4-6 business days or 4-10 business days
The product is not available in our own warehouse but is available in the wholesaler's warehouse, from which we receive a bi-weekly shipment.
Dispatch time 6-12 business days
The product is not available in our own warehouse but is available in the wholesaler's warehouse, from which we order a shipment at least once a week.
Wholesale orders are usually placed early on Monday mornings. Therefore, reasonably fast delivery can usually be achieved by ordering over the weekend.
Dispatch time estimate 1 - 3 months
Out of stock in our own warehouse as well as in the wholesaler's warehouse; availability is not certain. An estimated dispatch time of 1-3 months is usually a very rough estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot inform the customer if the 1-3 month estimate is exceeded, so please contact customer service yourself if you want to discuss the delay and possibly cancel the order if it appears that the arrival of the product is significantly delayed.
Product temporarily out of stock
Out of stock in our own warehouse as well as in the wholesaler's warehouse; availability is uncertain. The product comes from a wholesaler from whom orders are not regularly dispatched. The dispatch time may also be over 3 months.
How do I proceed if I want the products available in our own warehouse to be shipped immediately and the rest as a backorder?
There are two different ways to achieve this. Below are the instructions.
Old way:
If you want products available in our own warehouse to be shipped immediately and other products later, place two separate orders. Include only products with a dispatch time of 1-24h in the urgent order."
New way:
There is an option on the shopping cart. You can pay double freight charges and we will send immediately the ones that are in stock. And the second delivery when all the rest are ready.
