You have the right to return your online purchase within 14 days. The product must be unused and in completely saleable condition. Normally, the customer covers the cost of returns, but if you believe you have been provided with incorrect information about the product, then the sender may cover the return costs.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Only unused, fully saleable products in their original packaging may be returned. Customer returns are generally chargeable unless otherwise agreed upon. In chargeable returns, the customer usually pays the shipping costs directly at the post office or Matkahuolto when sending the package. If the customer has not paid the shipping costs for a chargeable return, we will charge a return fee of €9.90 and deduct it from the product refund. In chargeable returns where the customer pays for the package's shipment themselves, we do not separately charge return fees anymore.
Products must be returned in saleable condition, and the sales packaging must be protected, for example, by packaging the product in a separate box. The sales packaging must also be in a sellable condition. For example, partially assembled model kits cannot be returned.
You can send a chargeable return to us using your preferred method, but please ensure it is delivered to us. Unfortunately, we cannot collect parcels, for example, from Matkahuolto. If you send the item as a letter, we do not take responsibility for its arrival.
Please also mark the package with the "ticket" number received during processing. Remember to provide your bank account number for the refund.
